AARP Income Tax Preparation Assistance

We regret that AARP has cancelled all in-person tax preparation at all Milwaukee County locations for the 2021 tax season. The decision was made for the safety of taxpayers and volunteers. AARP is planning possible alternative virtual options, with details being made available in mid-January at the Milwaukee County Tax-Aide website: aarptaxmke.org
The Cudahy Family Library will still be getting paper tax forms; they usually arrive sometime in late January or early February.

Come visit our beautiful new south entrance!
Our south entrance was renovated last spring and summer, thanks to the generosity of Michael and Lisa Cudahy. The area has been converted into a beautiful Irish cottage garden, complete with a statue of our city's founder, Patrick Cudahy, as a young boy sitting with his Grandpa Shaw. We are excited and grateful!  Follow the progress of the project by clicking here.

driving tests 2

Cudahy Family Library announces a partnership with Driving-Tests.org, a company dedicated to driver safety and education, to offer free Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) practice tests to library patrons. The new service includes free tests specifically based on the state’s DMV materials. It is the only site of its kind to include accessibility tools that let users hear selections read aloud, make them into MP3s, translate pages into other languages, magnify text, and mask portions of the screen for greater visibility on the practice tests.
